How To Reprogram Your Mind

How To Reprogram Your Mind

Do you think you’re living the live you’ve always wanted? Are you sure you know?

Many of us have a pre-conceived notion of the perfect life, and when expectations do not meet reality, we become disappointed. What happens next is that we may even end up sabotaging our own success.

What if you could actually take control of mind, and start to drive, instead of being driven? What if you could redirect your mind into creating a brilliant masterpiece?

Tony Robbins explains this simple concept in this video below:

There are 3simple steps to get started on reprogramming your mind:

  1. Decide: What do you want out of life 5 years, 10 years, even 50 years down the road? What do you want to achieve right now? The first step is to simply know your direction, and to be clear about what you want. The clearer you are, the stronger your vision will be, and the more you’ll be able to transform your vision into a reality.

  1. Commit: Once you have a clear direction in, it’s time to purge any and all forms of negativity out of your mind. This is where fear is most prominent. Always remember this, however, that failure is nothing more than a learning experience, and after knowing what works and what does not, you’ll always be better off for it.

  1. Resolve: After you’ve committed, you need to know how to get there. Take inventory; know what your strengths and weaknesses are, and then make changes accordingly. A key aspect of resolve is being flexible. We are all never 100% in control of our lives, and while it’s frustrating, it’s also a good opportunity to using negativity as a driving force for change.

The advice covered in this article is but a small taste of what’s to come. Why not come and hear Tony Robbins himself share and teach you more during his “Unleash The Power Within” seminar on 27th to 30th April 2017, at Excel London? (United Kingdom only)
